The Institute of Chemistry hosts Graduate Programs of excellence in the fields of Chemistry and Biochemistry, graduating students in Doctoral and Master level, evaluated with maximum score by CAPES. Since 2009 it also offers the Professional Master in "Technology in Chemistry and Biochemistry."
Also participates in the Interunities Graduate Program in the areas of Science Education and Bioinformatics and hosts the Multicenter Program in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology of SBBQ.
