Our Laboratory has two cone-plate rheometers Brokfield, one for low viscosity ( LVDV-III) and other for medium viscosity (RVDV-III). Both equipaments are shear control. We have another rheometer, a Paar Physica Rheometer model MCR300, for oscillatory measurements. This equipament has a temperature control from -20^oC to 350^oC.
    Another equipament is a polarizated ligth optical microscopy, this microscopy has acopleted itself a photography camera, that can be substituted for a video camera to digitalizated images. We have a Aqualab equipament to measurement the water activity.
